Terms and Conditions

The 12 week coaching package consists of weekly consecutive sessions of 50 minutes each. If the client takes advantage of the monthly payment plan, the fee is deducted monthly on the consecutive date of set up. If for any reason a payment fails, the client will be given the benefit of trust and a period of 1 week and/or 1 session to remedy the payment lapse. If payment isn't continued, the package will be cancelled.

The monthly accountability membership provides weekly sessions of 30 minutes each. If for any reason a payment fails, sessions will be placed on hold until the client resolves payment or confirms cancellation of membership. The monthly commitment can be cancelled at any time. No refund is available for unused sessions.

Missed sessions or rescheduling.

If for any reason the client cannot attend their session, they agree to let the coach know as far in advance as possible.

If additional time slots are open, it will be rescheduled to a more suitable time. If no open slots are available, the missed session will be added to the end of the package. In the case of a monthly membership, the session will be rescheduled to an alternative day. If missed sessions are habitual or notice isn't given that a session will be missed without acceptable reason (such as an emergency etc) the session may be forfeited. No refunds will be offered for missed sessions.

Cancelling a package and refund policy. 12week program only.

If at any stage the client decides the sessions aren't living up to expectation, they may with written notice, cancel their remaining sessions and request a refund. A refund for unused sessions will be issued immediately.

The coach reserves the right to terminate the coaching package or membership at any time. A refund will not be issued for any remaining unused sessions.

Ethical and safety concerns.

The coach reserves the right to pause or cancel the package if it becomes evident the requested coaching may be more appropriate for therapeutic intervention. Whether or not the packaged is continued will be decided through discussion between the coach and client. A refund will be offered for unused sessions in the event the package is terminated.

Confidentiality.

All discussions and coaching is considered confidential by the coach. The client is permitted to share any aspect of their coaching in any way and with anyone they feel is appropriate.

Concerns and resolution process.

If at any stage the client has concerns about the coaching experience, they may share via email or request a meeting outside of their coaching sessions to share their concerns with the coach. The coach agrees to always be open to feedback and concerns, as well as participating in the resolution of any issues. If no resolution is possible, a full refund of the value of the coaching package will be offered.
